Description
The Fit4Day Protein Pudding is an excellent alternative to traditional puddings as it contains 80% protein.
Thanks to the fact that you don't have to cook this pudding, it is perfect to keep on hand whenever the mood hits.
Preparation:
- For one serving (20 g), shake the powder with 135 ml of semi-skimmed milk in a blender bottle for 20 seconds. Finished! Put the finished pudding in a bowl and decorate with fresh fruit as desired.
