Description

The complex also contains the branded ingredient AstraGin® and vitamin B6, which contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Preparation and recommended intake:
For one portion, mix 20 g powder (1 scoop, inside) with 500 ml cold water in a shaker. Enjoy the shake before, during or after training - or simply as a refreshing drink between meals.
