Description
Whether it's sports or just in daily life, Doppelherz Magnesium + Potassium SPORT offers a carefully formulated combination of minerals and vitamins. The effervescent tablets provide 300 mg magnesium and 300 mg potassium per dose as well as vitamins B6 and B12.
Magnesium also supports electrolyte balance and plays a role in normal muscle and nervous system function. Potassium also contributes to normal muscle function. Thanks to the refreshing lemon-grapefruit flavour, the effervescent tablet is easy to integrate into everyday life.
Recommended dosage:
Take one tablet dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml) per day.
Note:
- Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
- Those who have kidney or heart disease should consult their doctor before taking a supplement with potassium.
- More than 250 mg of magnesium may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
