Description
This product provides 50 µg vitamin D3 per tablet, equivalent to 2000 IU. The neutral-tasting tablets are free from lactose and gluten, and can be easily incorporated into your daily routine.
Recommended intake:
Take 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid. Swallow whole.
Notes:
- If taking this product over a longer period, it is recommended to have your vitamin D levels checked. Other food supplements containing vitamin D should not be taken without consulting a doctor.
- Do not use this product in cases of elevated calcium levels in the blood, hypercalcaemia, or elevated calcium concentration in the urine, hypercalciuria.
