Description
This direct granule is designed for easy intake as part of an evening routine. The fine granules have a blackcurrant flavour, dissolve directly on the tongue and can be taken without water. The formula contains 500 mg magnesium, 1.5 mg melatonin and vitamin B6.
The vegan direct granule is suitable for use at home, while travelling or whenever a pre-portioned format is preferred. Each sachet is ready dosed and simple to use.
Recommended intake:
Consume the contents of 1 sachet daily before bedtime. Place the granules directly on the tongue and allow them to dissolve slowly.
Notes:
- Do not take in combination with alcohol.
- People with liver, kidney or autoimmune conditions should not use this food supplement.
- People with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes should only use melatonin after consulting a doctor.
- Melatonin should only be used short term, for a maximum of 3 weeks.
- Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this product.
- Amounts of magnesium above 250 mg may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
