Organic guar gum flour is obtained from the seeds of the guar plant and is gluten-free.
- It is used as a neutral-tasting thickener.
- Guar gum gives a creamy, thick consistency to both cold foods such as ice cream and hot foods such as soups, sauces, jams and jellies.

Recommended use:
To use as a thickener, mix with a little cold water separately and stir into the cold to hot preparations.
