Description
Bibhitaki - Terminalia bellirica - is a deciduous, 10-12 m high tree with tufted oval leaves, small greenish flowers and hairy brown fruit. The fruit pulp, seeds and oil from the plant are used in the Ayurvedic diet. The gentle production process (heated below 40 ° C) creates a powder from the ground fruit that come from our Indian and Sri Lankan Fair Trade and organic projects.
Recommended use:
- Take one level scoop, preferably divided into 2 portions, with warm water between meals. The daily consumption of 2.70g herbal powder contains 481.41mg polyphenols.
