Description
Bibhitaki - Terminalia bellirica - is a tall, deciduous tree that grows up to 10-12 m tall, with oval leaves, small greenish flowers and hairy brown fruit whose pulp, seeds and oil are used in the Ayurvedic diet.
- The fine and gently milled (below 40 °C) powder, derived from the dried fruit, comes from our Indian and Sri Lankan Fairtrade and organic projects.
Recommended use:
- Take 4 capsules twice daily between meals with warm water.
