Description
The fruits, sprouts, seeds, leaves and bark of the Bhumyamalaki - Phyllantus niruri - are used in the Ayurvedic diet. It is gently (below 40°C) ground to fine powder and mixed using traditional methods and originates from Fairtrade and organic projects in India and Sri Lanka.
The Ayurveda recommends special herbal preparations, hot water treatments, light fasting (e.g. forego 1 meal during the week), plenty of fresh air and proper exercise.
Recommended use:
- Take 2 x 5 capsules between meals with warm water.
