Coesam's Organic Fiber Blue is a high-fibre natural powder blend containing rose hips, fibre-rich Jerusalem artichokes and Maqui berries.
- 71% fibre content
- Gluten-free, vegan and no added sugar
Contains:
- Inulin and fructooligosaccharides (FOS) from fermented Jerusalem artichoke juice concentrate. Inulin and FOS are prebiotic, soluble fibres that support the intestinal flora.
- Essential omega 3 & omega 6 fatty acids and insoluble fibre from rose hip seeds.
- Maqui berries are particularly rich in anthocyanins and have the highest antioxidant value of all fruit.
Recommended use:
- 1-2 tablespoons (10-12 g) are equal to 8 grams of fibre. The powder can be stirred into yoghurt or smoothies.
