These capsules have a natural and carefully developed formulation that can provide inner balance in combination with a balanced lifestyle. The formulation includes ingredients such as Griffonia extract from the seeds of the African black bean (Griffonia simplicifolia) and rose root (Rhodiola rosea) for this purpose. Perfect as an herbal alternative.

Recommended dose:
Take 1 capsule twice daily - one in the morning and one at lunchtime with a little liquid after meals.
