The sauerkraut juice capsules from Bios contain vitamins such as B vitamins, pantothenic acid, vitamin K and vitamin C, the minerals iron and calcium as well as fibre and lactic acid.

• Sauerkraut powder is obtained from fresh sauerkraut juice by spray drying on maltodextrin.
• The lactic acid content is standardized to at least 5%.
• Thanks to a particularly gentle manufacturing process, the raw material retains its natural aroma and typical taste.
• The product does not contain any other additives such as preservatives, colourings or flavourings.
• Cellulose is used as the capsule shell.
