Biotin 2.5mg Bios capsules contain 2.5mg biotin in a hard gelatin capsule.

Consumption recommendation:
Adults 1 capsule once a day with plenty of liquid, preferably before meals. Due to the speed at which hair and nails grow, it is recommended that the product be used over a longer period of time.

Note:

Avidin, a protein found in raw egg white, is a biotin antagonist. A high consumption of avidin can lead to an increased need for biotin.
