Description
Coarse Himalayan Salt
- This salt is extracted from the foothills of the Himalayas. It is completely natural - i.e., is unbleached, unrefined and made without any chemicals. It corresponds to the German Codex Allimentarius.
- The salt is made under fair conditions. Each individual chunk of salt is carefully selected by hand, washed several times and then sun-dried.This is followed by gentle further processing into coarse salt crystals, which are ideal for salt mills.
- Origin: Pakistan
