Classic apple cider vinegar is traditionally used for seasoning dishes such as salad dressings, sauces or soups. The naturally cloudy, unpasteurised vinegar contains 5% acid and tastes wonderfully refreshing as a beverage when diluted with sparkling water - ideal on hot days or as part of a course of treatment or cure before meals.

Tip: If you prefer naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar as a sweetened soft drink, you should add a spoonful of honey or maple syrup - both variants are digestible and harmonise perfectly with the apple flavour!
