Description
The meditation bench made of solid beech wood can support a maximum weight of 125 kg. It is ideal for meditation in the kneeling or heel-sitting position. The seat, which is inclined slightly forward, automatically tilts the pelvis a little forward. This enables the back to stay in an upright posture while seated.
