Description
The Schizochytrium sp. is a marine microalgae that contains plenty of long-chain, polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids. Their EPA and DHA content is similar to that of the animal source from fish oil. This makes the microalgae an environmentally friendly, sustainable alternative, especially for vegans and vegetarians.
Consumption recommendation:
Take 7.5 ml (1 1/2 teaspoons) once a day with a meal.
