Description
The creamy and fine coconut puree is made from the pulp of fresh coconuts. It tastes great as a spread and gives savoury dishes a particularly exotic touch. It can also be used to bake a variety of pastries.
Note: Because the coconut puree does not contain any stabilisers, the oil can separate. Stir briefly to mix the oil back in before using.
