Zinc Picolinate by Allergy Research Group offers a form of zinc that is renowned for its efficient absorption by the body. Each capsule contains 25 mg of elemental zinc bound to picolinic acid, which allows for optimised utilisation compared to other zinc compounds. The formula is intentionally pared down and hypoallergenic - in addition to zinc picolinate, only hydroxypropyl methylcellulose for the capsule shell, as well as microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate, are added as functional ingredients.
