Description
N-acetyl glucosamine is the acetylated form of glucosamine, a precursor of glycosaminoglycans and a close relative of glucosamine sulphate. Although it is not absorbed as well as glucosamine sulphate, it is a good alternative for people who are sensitive to sulphur. The N-acetylglucosamine (NAG) in these capsules comes from a vegan source.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day or as advised by a doctor.
