ZIRP Insects Brownie Mix

This mix makes one pan of brownies. The mixture consists of natural ingredients: wheat flour, beet sugar, cocoa powder, mealworm powder, sugar, vanilla extract and vanilla beans.

You'll need:

• Rapeseed oil
• Apple cider vinegar
• A measuring cup
• A 20cm springform pan
• Parchment paper

Preparation:

1. Mix the brownie mix with 240 ml water, 50 ml rapeseed oil and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar to form a dough.
2. Grease a springform pan (approx. 20 cm diameter) or line it with baking paper.
3. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (convection) or 180 ° C (electric).
4. Pour the dough into the mould and bake for about 25-35 minutes.
5. Let cool before cutting and sprinkling with icing sugar.

Tip:

• For a special crunch, sprinkle nuts or whole ZIRP insects on the dough before baking.
