Description
This mix makes one pan of brownies. The mixture consists of natural ingredients: wheat flour, beet sugar, cocoa powder, mealworm powder, sugar, vanilla extract and vanilla beans.
You'll need:
- Rapeseed oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- A measuring cup
- A 20cm springform pan
- Parchment paper
Preparation:
- Mix the brownie mix with 240 ml water, 50 ml rapeseed oil and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar to form a dough.
- Grease a springform pan (approx. 20 cm diameter) or line it with baking paper.
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (convection) or 180 ° C (electric).
- Pour the dough into the mould and bake for about 25-35 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting and sprinkling with icing sugar.
Tip:
- For a special crunch, sprinkle nuts or whole ZIRP insects on the dough before baking.
