Description
The Ground Psyllium Husk by zirkulin is enriched with chia seeds and linseeds and serves as a plant-based bulking agent to support a fibre-rich diet. A natural orange flavour gives the powder a fruity flavour. It is vegan and contains no added sugar or colourants.
Recommended intake:
Shake the tin before use. Stir 3 g (approx. 1 slightly heaped teaspoon) into about 150 ml water twice daily, leave to swell for 1-2 minutes, then drink. This should be followed by 1-2 additional glasses of liquid.
Note:
- Fibre binds water, so it is important to ensure adequate fluid intake.
- Leave a gap of around 1 hour between taking this product and taking medicines.
- Do not take this product if you have pathological narrowing of the oesophagus or the gastrointestinal tract.
