MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic sulphur that is found in the natural world. OptiMSM is MSM in its purest form. This MSM is repeatedly distilled and purified.
Recommended use on the skin:
- Add a level tablespoon (about 6 g) to a Zechsal footbath.
- The combination of sulphur and Zechsal's magnesium is easy for the skin to absorb.
Recommended use for oral administration:
- In general, you can take 2 to 6 g twice throughout the day..
- Dissolve the powder in water or fruit juice. Take on an empty stomach or before a meal.
