L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that we must get from food. This single supplement contains high-dose L-tryptophan. In addition, the capsules are manufactured according to the HACCP concept and do not contain any unnecessary additives.
Recommended use:
- Take one capsule daily with 1-2 glasses of water (300-400 ml).
