Description
The vertical intensive program is a 6 week training program and includes the following:
- 1x the 120 pcs. Pack of BS capsules
- 1x back oil
- 1x training DVD

BS - capsules from verteben:
- They contain, among other things, valuable bamboo extract and vitamin C. The product developed by experts is subjected to regular controls by certified test centers in Austria and Germany.
- Recommended dosage: take 2-3 capsules daily (2x1 or 3x1) with or after a meal with plenty of liquid.
Back oil from vertebrae:
- It is based on St. John's wort extract and contains additional olive oil, essential oils and cedar oil.
- Application: Massage the back gently and evenly with the oil. Only for external use! Avoid eye contact.
Training DVD & instruction booklet:
- The training program was put together in such a way that 2 training units of 35 minutes each per week should be implemented.
