Recommended use:

• Mix 30g with 300ml of water. Tastes especially delicious in oat drinks.

Power Drink Recipe:

Ingredients

• 150 ml red fruit juice
• 1 banana
• 2 T chia seeds
• 3 TL VegiFEEL Vegan Protein Neutral

Preparation:
Before preparing the drink, add the chia seeds to the juice and let them sit in the fridge for an hour or two so that the chia seeds have time to sweel. Then mash the banana with a fork and add the protein powder and the banana together. Once well mixed, add to the chia juice in a shaker and shake until well mixed. Enjoy!

Fruity Breakfast Recipe:

• Soy yoghurt of your choice
• Vegan Protein Chocolate
• Strawberries
• Chia seeds
• Agava sweetener as you like

Preparation:
Mix the yoghurt and the protein powder and then stir in the strawberries. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and sweeten to taste.
