Description
Plantforce® Ionic MAG Osteo Neutral
- This special composition contains magnesium carbonate, as well as other minerals, trace elements and vitamins.
- The powder can be mixed with water. When the water, magnesium carbonate and citric acid mix, they form ionic magnesium citrate in a 1: 1 ratio.
Recommended use:
- Take 3.5 g (1 teaspoon) during a meal or in between meals. Take the dose either all at once or over the course of the day.
Preparation:
- Activate the magnesium powder in 30 ml of hot water and then stir it into enough cold water, juice or tea. If you mix the powder in cold water, set it aside for 20 minutes before consumption until the powder has completely dissolved.
