Description
These Direct Sticks by tetesept provide a quick and convenient way to take magnesium and melatonin. With their fruity berry flavour, they are particularly pleasant to use. The formula is vegan.
Recommended intake:
- In the evening before bedtime, consume the contents of one stick. Simply tear open the sachet and place the granules directly on the tongue. They dissolve within seconds – no water required.
- For jet lag: On the first day of travel and on the first few days after arrival at your destination, take the contents of one stick shortly before bedtime.
Notes:
- May have a mild laxative effect.
