Description
Magnesium 500 Day & Night Tablets by tetesept feature a 2-phase extended-release formula. This ensures that part of the magnesium is available to the body immediately, while the remainder is released gradually over several hours. This makes the tablets suitable for use both during the day and at night. They are free from gluten and lactose.
Recommended intake:
- Take ½ to 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid.
- In cases of increased magnesium requirements (e.g. due to high physical exertion combined with a low-magnesium diet), take 1 tablet daily.
Notes:
- May have a mild laxative effect.
- No additional magnesium supplements should be taken alongside this product.
