Processing:
- The fruit, seeds and peels are gently ground. In order to maintain the raw food quality, a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius must not be exceeded during storage and drying.
Rose hips:
- Come from the Rosa canina L. plant.
Use:
- Can be safely used as tea, sprinkled over food or stirred into various liquids and smoothies.
Preparation for tea:
- Pour hot water over 1 level teaspoon per cup. Then let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
