Description
Wild grown kelp is a brown alga that naturally contains iodine. It loves cool waters and prefers to grow on rocky ground.
To create this high-quality, raw product, the algae are harvested by hand and dried at low temperatures before they are ground into this fine powder.
Recommended use:
- Stir 1 measuring spoon (included) of 400 mg kelp powder into liquid once a day or sprinkle it over your food.
