Description
The beneficial effect of green tea has been known for thousands of years. Due to its finely ground texture, Match tea is completely absorbed by the body.
Matcha tea has gained popularity in recent years. It has a high content in antioxidants, 137 times the amount of ordinary green tea. Its invigorating, but at the same time relaxing properties are due to the combination of caffeine and L-theanine amino acid, vitamins and minerals.
Preparation: Traditional Matcha is drunk from a bowl. Water is brought to a boil and then cooled for about 5 minutes until it reaches a temperature of 70-80°C. Place approximately 1 g or half a teaspoon of Matcha powder in the bowl and mix with 100 ml of water. Blend with a spoon or a whisk.
