Application:
Place the roller on a flat surface beneath the ball of your foot and move your foot slowly and deliberately towards the heel. Pause on specific areas if needed and adjust the pressure and angle of your foot as desired. For stability, it is recommended to use the tool while seated or ensure a footing on the other leg if using it while standing.

Use the roller for approximately three minutes per foot.
