Description

Production Process:
- SOJALL's® Trinko is fermented according to the natural SOJALL® FERMENTA FOOD process (lactic acid fermentation). Thanks to this enzyme-friendly product refinement (heated below 40 ° C), micronutrients (vitamins) remain intact. The fructose contained is converted into valuable lactic acid with the help of lactic acid bacteria. At the same time, the shelf life is stabilized without additives or heat (without pasteurization).
Recommended use:
- Mix 2 level measuring spoons (20 g) in plenty of liquid such as water or juice. Do not heat. Shake can before shaking and mix contents well.
