Description
Discover SOJALL's base forming grains. The raw food quality and excellent ingredients means that you can enjoy the products even in small quantities. Children, athletes and seniors can all benefit from brown millet.
Recommended use:
- Consume 2 teaspoons (8g) per day with yoghurt, cereal, fruit and vegetable juice, smoothies or water.
- Can be combined with aronia, pomegranate, elderberry, beet or grape juice as well as Jerusalem artichoke.
Manufacturing Process:
- SOJALL®'s brown millet is germinated and fermented according to the natural SOJALL KEIMO FOOD® or SOJALL® FERMENTA FOOD process (lactic acid fermentation). Thanks to this enzyme-friendly process (which takes place below 40 ° C) micronutrients (vitamins) retain their natural properties
