Discover Fermento: a fresh, fruity & tangy drink!
No one can resist this exciting blend (herbs, aronia, pomegranate, elderberry, red grapes) in a practical glass bottle. This biological herbal, vegetable, and fruit ferment is packed with naturally occurring live lactic acid bacteria, lactic acid, and vitamin C. 100% free from added sugar, lactose, preservatives, colourings, flavourings, and alcohol. Thanks to its natural electrolyte content, it's also an ideal choice for athletes.
SOJALL® Fermento pairs well with all SOJALL® organic foods.
Production Method:
SOJALL® Fermento is fermented using the natural SOJALL® FERMENTA FOOD process (lactic acid fermentation). This gentle enzymatic refinement (under 40°C) helps preserve and even increase micronutrient content (such as vitamins). The natural fruit sugars are converted into valuable lactic acid by lactic acid bacteria. At the same time, shelf life is naturally stabilised – without additives or heat (no pasteurisation).
Recommended daily intake:
Adults:
30 - 60 ml daily, diluted with water
Children 2 years and up:
15-30 ml daily, diluted with water
Tip: When diluted with water (1:3), SOJALL® Fermento is also ideal for soaking muesli. Under airtight conditions and over time, the starch in the grains can be broken down into complex carbohydrates.
Important Notes
- Do not heat – this would destroy the valuable enzymes and micronutrients.
- Natural overpressure may occur – this is product-specific.
- Colour, flavour, and consistency may vary, as the ingredients are of purely natural origin.
- One bottle contains approx. 17 servings.
- For optimal results, combine with SOJALL® Makal (dolomite with magnesium, calcium, and zinc).
