Description
The outstanding diamond grade protein in a chic design impresses with its 72% whey protein and a very low-fat value. The protein powder contains 18g of protein per serving, but only 2.6g of carbohydrates. The ideal training companion is also great as breakfast, as a snack or as a shake after training. In addition, this can be easily dissolved in milk and also in water and has an excellent taste.
Preparation:
Stir 25g (approx. 2 level measuring spoons) into 300ml of water. For exact dosing, it is advisable to weigh the amount.
Consumption recommendation:
1 serving daily. Ideally, a shake with breakfast or a shake right after training.
