Description
The 3 Component Shake
This Shake is protein-rich and is low carb. Through the use of very high-quality milk, whey and soy proteins, the product reaches a very high chemical score value (156). In addition, the protein shake contains valuable calcium and vitamins.
You can enjoy the 3K protein shake as a meal or as a snack.
The 3 components:
- Milk protein
- Whey protein
- Soy protein
Preparation:
- Add 3 level measuring spoons (30g) full of powder to 250 ml of cold water or 300 ml of cold skim milk (1.5% fat) to a shaker or blender.
- Drink up to 3 servings a day.
- The shake can also be prepared with soy milk or other liquids, however, the product is only valid as a reduced carbohydrate meal when prepared using water.
