Description
My Natural Cycle by Purely Nutrition is a fruity raspberry-flavoured drink powder designed to support women both during their reproductive years and later in life. The formula includes myo-inositol, folic acid, zinc, magnesium, selenium and vitamin D3, among other nutrients.
Recommended intake:
Mix 7 g daily (corresponds to approximately one level measuring spoon up to the 10 ml mark) with 200 ml water or juice and drink before a meal.
Note:
- The manufacturer recommends taking the product regularly and without interruption for at least 3 months.
