L-Methionine is an essential amino acid (no endogenous synthesis) and must therefore be supplied externally. Methionine, like the amino acid L-Cysteine, contains sulphur in the molecule.
This food supplement from Pure Encapsulations® contains 1500mg L-Methionine per daily dose (2 capsules).
Directions for Use:
