Description
The balancing oil nourishes with its herbaceous and sweetly warm fragrance - especially during menstruation. The enveloping fragrance accompanies moments of self-care during the ups and downs of the cycle. Also suitable for warming compresses.
Application:
- Gently massage into the lower abdomen, lower back and inner thighs.
- Moist-warm compresses: Gently rub the Cycle Balance Oil into the lower abdomen, then apply a moist-warm compress on top and rest. For the moist-warm compress, soak a wash glove in hot water, wring it out well, put it in a second, dry wash glove and place it on the abdomen. Small towels can also be used as an alternative to the wash glove.
