How to use **

• Eat up to 9 shots 60 minutes before exercise
• Training uses up to 90g of carbs per hour, depending on the intensity and duration of the workout
• 1 Power Gel SHOT delivers approximately 5g of carbs. Use 1-2 bags (for caffeine-free flavours) or 1 bag (for flavours with caffeine) per day.
