Description
Orthica Multi 4 All is a multivitamin and mineral complex in tablet form that combines a variety of essential vitamins and minerals with selected plant ingredients and enzymes. The formulation includes vitamins A, C, D3, E, all B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, selenium, manganese, iodine, as well as plant extracts from alfalfa, gentian, horsetail, saw palmetto, and other compounds such as papain and bromelain. This composition is designed for daily dietary supplementation, especially when nutritional requirements cannot be fully covered through food intake alone.
Recommended intake:
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with or after a meal; up to 2 tablets daily if needed.
Note:
Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
