Description
This product provides the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) from fish oil. A daily intake of 250 mg DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal brain function. Combined EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function with a daily intake of 250 mg. The vitamin E it contains helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The soft capsules allow these unsaturated fatty acids to be easily incorporated into the daily diet.
Recommended intake:
Take 1-4 capsules daily. Take 2 capsules twice a day, preferably with a meal and plenty of liquid.
