Description
Ölmühle Fandler's organic thistle oil is made by cold-pressing the seeds of the thistle plant. The oil has an intense, nutty flavour that adds a special touch to a variety of dishes.
Since this cold-pressed organic oil is extremely rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids (77%), it should only be heated gently. The exquisite oil tastes great with salads, root vegetables, turnips and zucchini.
You can use it to flavour pasta, soups, cereal and vegetable dishes.

Raw and cooked vegetables: celery, radishes, peppers, turnips, fennel, leek and potato, lentils, Jerusalem artichokes
