Description
Novalac Infant Formula for Cow's Milk Protein Allergy Allernova AR is a formula for babies and children who are allergic to cow's milk or who spit up frequently. It is a thickened, lactose-free formula that contains hydrolysed cow's milk proteins (casein). Allernova AR can be fed from birth to 36 months of age and can be used as the sole source of nutrition for the first 6 months of life. It can also be used to prepare baby cereal. Allernova AR contains all the important nutrients your child needs for growth and development.

The following table is a guideline for preparing Novalac Allernova AR formula. The quantity consumed at each meal and the number of meals per day may vary depending on your child's needs.

Note:
- Novalac Allernova AR should not given in case of galactosaemia or malabsorption of glucose and/or galactose
- Novalac Allernova AR is a thickened formula and should be shaken well before drinking to ensure it dissolves completely.
- The appearance, odour and taste of the prepared formula in the bottle may differ from other standard infant formulas.
- Novalac Allernova AR may cause slightly softened and/or greenish stools without causing discomfort to your baby.
- After 6 months of age, Novalac Allernova AR must not be given as the sole source of nutrition.
