Description
Golden Milk comes in powder form and is inspired by the traditional Ayurvedic cuisine of India. The recipe combines nine carefully selected spices: turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, cardamom, mace, anise, allspice and cloves. The aromatic spice blend can be stirred into warm water, milk, porridge or smoothies for a warming, flavourful drink.
Recommended intake:
Add 1 teaspoon of powder daily to 150 ml of warm water, milk, porridge or a smoothie, mix well and drink.
