Phosphatidylcholine is the main component of lecithin.
- One soft gel contains a soybean phosphatide complex. This promises a nearly 35% phosphatidylcholine complex with other natural hand-occurring compounds such Chephalin (phosphatidylethanolamine), inositol phosphatide and related phosphorus-containing fats.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 soft gel daily with plenty of fluid.
