Description
These natural tablets contain the complete vitamin B complex, rice bran, watercress and parsley. The formula is vegetarian, free from artificial colourants and free from artificial preservatives.
The B complex contains the following vitamins:
- B1 (thiamine)
- B2 (riboflavin)
- B3 (niacin)
- B5 (pantothenic acid)
- B6 (pyridoxine HCl)
- B12 (methylcobalamin)
- Folic acid (B9)
- Biotin (B7, previously known as vitamin H).
- In the USA, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), choline and inositol are also classified as B vitamins.
Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
