Complete Body Cleanse ™ by Nature's Plus is a 14-day cleansing treatment. It includes 3 different complexes of fibre and herbs combined into a morning and evening program.
1. Herbal Complete Body Detox (28 capsules)
2. Fiber Complete Body Colon Cleanse (81 capsules)
3. Herbal Body Complete Colon Cleanse (28 capsules)
Recommended use:
In the morning:
- Take 2 capsules of the Herbal Complete Body Detox (product 1) on an empty stomach.
- Then take 3 capsules of the Fiber Complete Body Colon Cleanse (product 2) with 250 ml water.
In the evening:
- Take 2 capsules Herbal Body Complete Colon Cleanse (product 3) with 250 ml of water.
- Then take 3 capsules of Fiber Complete Body Colon Cleanse (product 2) with a further 250 ml of water.
Note:
- Product 2 (Fiber Complete Body Colon Cleanse) can be reduced daily to 3 capsules when the excretion decreases. Generally, as much water as possible should be drunk during the entire course of treatment.
